We help children in need! Projekt Schwarz-Weiß e.V. (association Black-White) is a children aid project that supports Africa's orphans. October 2019: Medical Camp

On 18 August, the Nice View Clinic was again able to organize a Medical Camp (day of action where medical advice and treatments are offered free of charge).

The camp took place again in the Jomo Kenyatta Primary School in the district Bomani. Since that day there was also a seminar on the planned census, the team of the Nice View clinic was unfortunately not allowed to make loudspeaker announcements. However, still 90 'patients' perceived the offer.

October 2019: Girls Football Team of the Administrative District

The government of the appropriate administrative district has recently set up a girls' football team called UKUNDA STARLETS. The coach then immediately reported to Nice View, as he wanted to have Leah necessarily in the team (he has seen her play several times before). September 2019: Sports Day

Each year, children's homes in the Nice View area organize a sports day, which is always held in another children's home. This year on 15.8.2019 in Ukunda at Future for Children.

Teams were formed (partly consisting of children from one of the children's homes, sometimes consisting of children from several orphanages) for both a football and a volleyball tournament. In addition, athletics competitions were held.

July 2019: Eliana and Liam

The twins have developed splendidly in the last few weeks. Since the team in Kenya did not want to separate them, they are now for the time being together in a room in the boys house. However, they are quite active at night and thus disturb the general night's sleep. Later they will move to the girls house, which is more central located and currently being renovated.

Again this year we will be supported by Open-Air-Freunde Empfenbach e. V.. Part of the proceeds go to Project Schwarz-Weiß e.V., and we will also be present on Saturday and Sunday with an information and sales booth.

June 2019: Liam and Eliana

On June 4, Nice View received a call from the Youth Welfare Office requesting that an approximately 3-month-old twin couple be accepted in Nice View. The mother had died at birth. The father, with whom the mother was not married, keeps himself afloat as a laborer. The babies were housed with the grandmother, who also has to care for the 3 older siblings and other grandchildren. The grandmother is also no longer the youngest, the grandfather has an alcohol problem. The older siblings never went to school because the money is missing at every turn. Also for baby food.
